'Bugs are Beautiful ': Biodiversity Walk with entomologist Louise Garcia. Louise will explain how the multitude of plant and insect species along the Suir interact to support our river birds, bats and fish. Examine the tapestry wings of moths with a magnifying glass, spot plant galls and muck in with the sweep net and beating tray to explore the beauty of the insect world.

Louise Garcia is an entomologist, science teacher and examiner, currently facilitating Biodiversity training programme with STDC. This is a follow up to her Spring biodiversity walk which was a great success.

The walk shall start at the Convent Bridge entrance to the Grenane Blueway in Clonmel at 2pm.
