Four Instant Dissidence dancers collaborate with Tipperary-based food social enterprise The Night Orchard to create a spectacular dance rendition of the traditional process of apple pressing. See it at this years Harvest Fair on Saturday September 28th!

Expect the intertwining of aesthetic and utilitarian dance movement: apples are thrown from one dancer to another and turned into juice through fast and tightly choreographed movements, as they operate a traditional manual apple press.

As the piece concludes, you will be gifted a bottle of the apple juice freshly pressed by the dancers to take home and enjoy!
