Community performers, musicians and street revellers were invited to join us to walk the procession route to bring the Caim Coracle boat and its charge of release messages to be launched on the River Suir.
Everybody who wished to dress up was invited to join in Circus & costume, mask and headdress-making workshops which took will take place in the weeks leading to the Festival and at the Heritage Fair.
Grainne Wilson is a fashion graduate from LSAD based in Dublin; she has worked extensively in the fashion industry and has her own range of handmade knitwear. Elke Wilson is a craft instructor specialising in seasonal workshops and the use of natural materials.
