We are looking for reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic people who can commit to a minimum of six hours over the week-end of the Festival. You can help with production, stewarding, hospitality, publicity or art facilitation.

We welcome people who may have some availability before the festival start. You will need to attend an evening briefing session the week before the festival where you will meet the team and be assigned tasks and times.

Adopt an Orchard Tree:  ?

Plant an orchard- adopt a tree

“Even if I knew that tomorrow the world would go to pieces, I would still plant my apple tree”

 Martin Luther King Jr.

Help to recreate the historic orchards of Clonmel bywith sponsoring and planting new apple and edible tree orchards. Last year, we started planting a apple tree stands to form a linear orchard along the river. These by planting 32 trees were sponsored by local businesses & Clonmel Tidy Towns. This year, we are opening the scheme to the general public: whether you are celebrating a special event, a beloved person far away or remembering a loved one, planting a tree is a special way to make a dedication a mark, contribute to Clonmel’s public realm and improve the habitat e.g. of for of bees, insects and birds. Each tree will have a durable plaque with a name dedication and the apple variety inscribed on it. The trees will be planted on Tree Dday, Thursday 4th October by Clonmel Sschools and Ccommunity Ggroups and overseen monitored by Suircan Community Forum.

Drop us an email at: and we will get back to you promptly.

Clonmel Applefest is a Suircan Community Forum initiative
